Beyond Blue

Beyond Blue is an organisation that provides information and support to help Australians with their mental health, no matter of their age, circumstances, or location.

Both Karen and Brodie are proud advocates for mental health as seen in most of their community initiatives.

At the beginning of 2022, Karen and Brodie attended Maitland Business Chamber’s Small Business Summit. The event talked about NewAccess – a free and confidential mental health support program for small business owners, developed by Beyond Blue.

NewAccess is designed to support small business owners manage the stress that comes with owning a business. The confidential, and free mental health support program, supports small business owners, guiding them through challenges. As small business owners themselves, the staff at NewAccess are specifically trained to provide a practical approach to problem solving.

It’s an incredible initiative and Karen and Brodie look forward to continuing to work with a great organisation and supporting them in all the important work they do for the local community.
